TAKE CARE !

"Take care! "

You might have clicked a thought regarding the last running message in our social media chats.  Or you might have clicked another thought regarding a word uttered (probably not consciously) at phone - call endings or good -bye hugs. 

Well ! 

         You might be right,  but partially right. 

Because, "Take- care " is an action word and has got a lot behind it. 

         Taking care for self includes a wider ground : from morning to noon and to bed. 

  • Appreciating self for waking up at right time, is an act of taking care. 
  • Congratulating self for the victory of getting out for walk /run, is an act of taking care. 
  • Patting your own shoulder for making healthier food choices, is an act of taking care. 
  • Accompanying the best companion (self) in ups and downs and making feel calmer by consoling,  is taking care. 
  • Guiding self regarding " What to do? ","How to do? ","When to do? ", is taking care. 
  • Passionately enjoying the happy moments of hobbies, is taking care. 
  • Maintaining good record of habit -tracking and constantly improving performance, is taking care. 
  • Knowing and learning to be with the best in self,  is taking care. 
  • Boosting self with confidence to achieve the aim, is taking care. 
  • Enjoying the moments of gratitude and success before going to bed,  is taking care. 

"Take care "- teaches, guides, motivates, directs, appreciates, enhances productivity ; and in short and simple English - It is a way to Live !
